Spend your attention on what matters

If you're tired of feeling scattered and distracted in work or life, I help driven people feel in control of their attention again. We'll uncover the root of digital distraction and build systems for change, tailored to your life.

"Tiffany helped me redefine my relationship with my digital devices. She not only gave me the tools I needed, but also the accountability that this kind of change requires. What I appreciate the most about Tiffany is that she’s a great listener; I can be completely candid about my issues, and she will respond with care and clarity. I can confidently say that she’s helped me develop more agency, awareness, and self-trust!"

About Me

I was a high performer with an intense distraction problem.

I played Division 1 tennis at Princeton and graduated with honors. I led marketing at high growth startups in San Francisco.

But under the surface, I struggled so hard to focus, and I hated that I couldn't just do better.

Every day was an uphill battle against the quick dopamine hits of technology. Sitting down and focusing on an important project felt impossible, when social media or news or even LinkedIn & Slack would distract me constantly.

I kept asking myself: is this constant battle for focus normal, or is there a better way?

After years of researching psychology, practicing mindfulness, and building digital habits, I now feel complete control over my attention. I’ve regained 10+ hours every week, to fully focus on my goals or unplug with real rest.

Now I'm here to help others do the same, without the years of trial and error.

Know the feeling?

Compulsive checking

You pick up your phone without thinking. There’s nothing new but you can't help checking texts or Slacks, and the multitasking leaves you disjointed.

Procrastination & divided attention

You sit down to do one thing… and open four other apps first. What should take 30 minutes turns into distracted hours.

Persistent scrolling habit

You want to scroll less so you deleted Instagram, but now you browse LinkedIn. Or Reddit. Or news sites. Platforms might change but patterns feel the same.

Relapse cycles

You have "good" stretches where you feel disciplined and in control of your digital habits. Then an unexpected week knocks you off routine, and you’re back where you started.

The hidden struggles most high performers don't talk about, and blame themselves for failure.
